the tempo run went well. i had to run a 6:06 pace per mile for 4 miles and ended up finishing 24 minutes and 18 seconds. so i did better than what i was upposed to.
last night was pretty fun. went over to megan's and got asked like 400 questions from these people she had over there. we left and went to colleen's for a bonfire. left there around 11 or so and went back to megan's for some peach pie. it was a good night.
just got done with an 11 miler. going to take another icebath today after circuit training and homework.
