i bought irene some cupcakes for her birthday. it reminded me of last year when my dear, precious friend lauren decided to be sweet and make me cupcakes for my birthday.
She didn't know that icing hardens, and she wanted to put sprinkles on the cupcakes, but she didnt do it as soon as she iced the cupcakes and so then the icing hardened and the sprinkles wouldnt stick to the cupcakes. that wasnt a problem though, no. not for the ever intelligent miss #8 out of 3hundred-something. she resoftened the icing by stabbing it repeatedly with a fork, and then added the sprinkles. =)
maybe that isnt exactly how it goes, but it was a year ago so i forgot. maybe lauren can correct my mistakes. but i felt this story was 100% worthy of space on your friends page.
