I hope you update when you have him, considering you haven't updated in FOREVER. If they suggest inducing you, just say no. Do you research on why you'd rather wait it out because they might try to make you feel guilty about it.
I told them once before that I didn't want to be induced just to be induced. That if it were medically necessary that was okay.. But I wasn't one of those "OMG I'M SO DONE BEING PREGNANT GET THIS BABY OUTTA ME" kinda people. I told them I *really* do NOT want a c-section, and induction increases that risk. I've read my good deal of stories over there at the pregnant community. I think I know enough to have a good argument.
Overall, the health of the baby is most important.
Some of those people in that community are a little crazy though, lol. According to some, all doctors are out to get you and you'll have the worst experience ever birthing at a hospital. And if you join the breastfeeding community, all doctors/pediatricians are also out to sabotage your breastfeeding relationship and everyone else in the world hates breastfeeding, lol.
As you know, I was induced for medical reasons with Avery but my water broke on it's own with Delanie. The experience with Avery was better, IMO..but that could have just been because it seemed easier since it was my 2nd time. Just remember if you haven't had him already..push like you're taking a poo, HAHA. :)
& I know those people can be pretty crazy. I just feel like unless there is something wrong.. I'd like him to come when he is ready :/. I have an appointment to be induced Monday the 15th. So, if he doesn't come on his own by then.. I'll be induced. We shall see.
