Last night I saw NOFX play "The Decline" in all of it's eighteen minute entirety.
It was the pinnacle of my life... but less of a pinnacle than for Robbie and Matt.

Besides the obvious, my weekend was fucking amazing. I feel invincible.

I was the only one in my house all day Saturday until ten when Robbie came over.
These guys that don't even live with me had a party in my basement. Fucking weird.

Sunday we woke up early-ish and drove to Chicago. We drove ALL OVER Chicago.
We never take the conventional way anywhere, and I love it.
We went to Evanston to pick up tapes from an old Timmys recording session.
Ended up in Skokie where we saw the one of the creepiest things I've ever seen.

Eventually we went to J.Crew so I could get my dress altered.
For once I went to J.Crew and didn't spend ANY money! That was truly amazing.
We ate at not one but two hot dog places on Clark before going to Rez and Amy's.
We hung out with them and went to the House of Blues for NOFX, which was AMAZING.

We had fantastic seats that were amazingly close to the bar as well as the stage.
Toward the end of the show, Robbie and I snuck up to the third level balcony.
That was basically the best view ever. NO ONE was up there... NO ONE! Perfect.

At three we went back to Rez and Amy's where we spent the night.
Woke up this morning and went to Harry Caray's for the biggest lunch ever.
Robbie and I got cheeseburgers that were as big as my head. I'm not even kidding.
ROBBIE ATE HIS ENTIRE CHEESEBURGER! I got three fourths of the way through mine.

Then we went to the Field Museum and saw the Pompeii exhibit. It was awesome.
If you are in the Chicago area, go see it! It runs through March 26th, so hurry!

After the MuZAAM, I wanted to go swimming in Lake Michigan. I'd never been before.
We went to the beach and I ran into the water, as it was too cold to actually swim.
I ended up losing all feeling in my feet, but it was so worth it.

Even the drive from Chicago to Springfield was a lot of fun.
Interstate 55 is officially my favorite interstate. I-80 has been replaced!

Anyway, once we got back to S-fizzle we hung out with my parents. It was FUN!
Then we went to go see Morgan... which is always exciting. I adore my Morgan.

Now it's 1:10 AM and I am absolutely exhausted. SLEEP NOW!
