i've been very superstitious lately. since i eat a lot of asian food [thanks to some domestic intruders], i've begun to take fortune cookies quite seriously.
outpatient is going fabulously well--it's become such a positive thing for me, so have all the damn drug tests i have to take. they keep me walking the line.
i can truly say i'm a happier person today. i'm thoroughly enjoying getting to know myself, taking a long time-out for MONICA instead of everyone else--yet still managing to set aside some time for others.
i'm also reconnecting with my dad--we both are spending more time together, which is neat, because i can't remember anything along the lines of quality time with him since i was little.
life's good. it's not perfect, but i'm greatful for the life i've been given.
