If I go 90 MPH, I can catch a breeze
I've been keeping busy since my last post - mostly babysitting, but that's done for now. I'm gonna have to find someone else to hire me, 'cause too much time alone in my head is not good for me. I finally got a fic posted in time for Prompt 70 at fma_fic_contest this week. I went dancing on Wednesday, & was part of a Rock Band video on Thursday. I wonder if it's posted to MySpace yet....
Sunday marks a lot of big events. My brother is moving a few hundred miles away, and Eve is getting married. I'm gonna spend the night with her & the husband-to-be tomorrow night; let's hope things don't get weird. Maybe I can beg off the post-wedding orgy by making up a babysitting gig (you think I'm kidding? http://sexkitten426.livejournal.com/2583.html#cutid1).
I'm thinking about going to the Caledonian Games tomorrow in Athena (http://www.athenacaledoniangames.org/index.php) before heading to Hermiston, where Eve lives. It's a little bittersweet going to all these towns that I used to perform in, but I wouldn't trade the memories. I hope my car doesn't overheat, though I can guarantee I will.
Everyone gets to move on, but as long as I keep busy, I can ignore the loneliness until night. Sorry my 100th post was a lame one.
