Fenwick Island, how i love you so. What i thought would always be my safe place, wasnt so safe this year D:
First off, my dad didnt even vacation with us. I didnt miss him exactly, it was just really weird without him there. He talked to jess and barb almost every day but didnt ask to talk to me until thursday; i had not talked to him since friday morning. When i got back and asked if he missed me he said "sometimes." Better than no, right?
Secondly, Melissa was supposed to come down on sunday and stay until tuesday. On sunday i was informed she 'wasnt able to make it' from my uncle joe (her dad). I was really upset and my mom basically bitchslapped her via text message where she just replied "thanks." But then came down on wednesday \o/!! I know i should hate her, or at least be a little more upset but i havent seen her in almost 4 years and i missed her. I need someone in my life who wont judge me for my depression and who has been through it all. Now all i need to do is realize she had to leave our family to overcome it.
But really, it was an amazing time even if i extremely depressed/suicidal at times which is kind of an oxymoron when it comes to vacation. I got a gnarly jellyfish sting but the weather was beautiful along with the sunrises, not to mention a perfect ocean temp accompanied by awesome waves :)
we went mini golfing! minus bden, spencer and ian :(
we had a fucking jonfire! minus ryan :(
I GOT AN AIRBRUSH BDEN AND SPENCER SHIRT!
it is amazing and i will post pictures later when its out of the wash :D :D :D
also, i did yoga? it was kinda sorta amazing and am looking into taking classes at the YMCA. :)?
Apparently being around kt for a week makes you want McDonalds. Clearly. So thats what my family had for dinner last night. It was fun in the weirdest way. I overheard boys gossiping about my neighbor which was hifreakinglarious.
But anyway, everything is back to normal. Mom and dad fighting, max and jess fighting, max and barb fighting, jess and barb fighting. You know, its how we be.
