Now that that is cleared up, let's get on to the important stuff. The first order of business is getting some new icons. All gifts of icons are welcome. :D
The second is.... uh.... (*checks the How to Start Journal guidbook*) an update about what has been going on with me!
Well, I got through the semester of college okay, thank goodness. I was afraid that I'd fail algebra (I'm so not a math person) but I scrimped by with a C. Now I've finally finished with all my general classes and can begin on my major classes. I've decided what my major is, btw. Art! I'll be getting a teacher's certificate since I think it would be a good job to start with, but I don't really see myself being a teacher forever. Maybe I could work at a museum after that. That would be much better, though I guess I'd probably have to work in the city, which wouldn't be so good... Oh well, moving on. The most current thing that is going on with me is we're going to New York on Tuesday. Whee! Everyone in New York is going to know I'm an unsophisticated country girl, though. They'll look down their noses at me! Ha ha, oh well, that's okay. And everyone says New yorkers are rude, right? I like nice people. And what if I get mugged - raped - murdered!? Alas, I'm just not a city girl...
