FREEDOM IS COMMING TOMARROW!
Of all the things i knew about my people (and things i regret) I thought i knew it all. Till I saw Sarafina. I in all my days have never been so proud to be black, to watch our people sing and dance, and in one voice calling for freedom. It's something that goes on with you. I know now more than ever that knowing where you come from is important, more than just because we should know what happened to OUR people but to know where we're going. Still today south Africa is not at rest and i long for( like so many) to see her united one day. To see all the hate and crying turn to singing and dancing, to be united as a people to let Africa's voice sing "FREEDOM". Even here i wait for the day that we here in the states can stop killing one another and truly live the dream that those who came before us talked of. So that maybe we can show a younger generation a better life a better way of living. Just.....seeing our home yes Africa will always be our home no matter who you are, see it unified. Because we belong to her she is our home and always will be, and we should take pride in that, and perhaps one day, she just as we are now will be free.
