The soccer game was really fun, but I ate before I went so I felt like I was gonna throw up after the game from all that running. They made me play forward... how stupid is that? We tied. We played against this team from Vermont and their players ranged from age 13 to 40, and that was kind of strange. Oh but I LOVE where we play. It's indoor soccer and it's in this huge bubble dome in Greenfield. It's fun to look at. I only wish I had a pin...
So that's what I did on Sat, other than my homework and coming home from Ashlee's. On Sunday umm it was a little different.
Let's skip the first part and get on to the exciting part of what happened. I got a cut on my arm and the EMT came here and they were in my room! There was this paramedic lady, an EMT person I think, and a police officer. Two girls and a guy. The paramedic checked out my cut and stuff, the police guy investigated or something, and the EMT girl was being really nice and asking me questions that she needed for the hospital. Oh yeah, that's where I ended up going. They told me I needed to go to the emergency room so I went into the ambulance and lied down on that little bed and the nice EMT lady came in with me. She buckled me up and turned down the lights and was like, "This is so no one has to see what we're doing." And so on the way to the hospital we went through red lights and everything and the lights were blinking too! We got to the emerceny room entrance at the hospital and they had to wheel me in. I had to lay there on the bed for like 15 minutes in the hallway in the ER and then they put me in a room. I was in that room for about 4 hours... It was really weird hearing the people outside talking about me. The nurse would be like, "So have you seen Sara Duhl? She's in there for a cut on her arm." "Sara Duhl is in room T5, but where is her mother?" Yeah, you'd think I'd be at the hospital for 5 hours with my mom or someone there, but I was all alone. My mom decided she didn't feel like coming. The doctors outside were like making fun of that and saying stuff like, "I guess her mom..didn't want to show up!" And I was thinking hey hey stop talkin about me like I can't hear you!
Yeah the 5 hours there was really boring, I literally did nothing while I was there and it was so so boring.
So then my mom forgot to pick me up. Yep that was great. She came only about an hour late... And then we went home and I didn't talk the whole way and when I got home my brother was mad at me and stuff...
Mmhmm that's it.
It was like 15 minutes after I called Ashlee that I had to go to the hospital, so sorry that I didn't call you back Ashlee... I wanted to call you the whole time I was in the ambulance and when I was at the hospital.
today I woke up at 5am, put my clothes in the washer, took a shower, put my clothes in the drier, and made breakfast. Eggs and toast. Mmm mmm good.
It's 6:30 now. I forgot to get a binder ready for Family Consumer Science or some clothes for Phys Ed(the new classes for this simester). I gotta go do that.. I'm so tired and I'm still sore from soccer and still recovering from my cold 2 days ago. The only reason I'm going to school is because it's the first day of the second simester so I have new classes and I also have a vocabulary test in English that I didn't feel like missing. I can't wait for February vacation in 3 weeks. After that it's a week long field trip to Washington DC with my grade.
More later, gotta finish getting ready for the day I'm obligated to live through.
