The declaration of independance is a contract that hasn't been honored. If you want to talk about "enforcement of the existing laws", how about starting with that one?

Thanks for posting this.

Immediately after reading it, I went to work and was treated to some radio station's "Celebrating America" mix that included, of all things, a long and mournful Elvis Presley cover of "Dixie" that finished up by surging into "The Battle Hymn of the Republic." I'm not really sure I know what to make of that, but I doubt it would be anything good, if I did.
