Ring around the ROSEY....!
I did my speech this morning, and I am pretty sure that it went well. I didn't even practice it, not even once. I typed it up and brought it to class, but I still did fine. I always surprise myself in that class, I never have to work hard, and it just comes easy to me. There are only like twenty people in my class though, so maybe that is why...I dunno....I am just happy for a good mark to bring up my GPA.!
Speaking of good marks...let me tell you this...I had to do a paper on a book from Foundations of Ed. last week and I didn't even read the book, I just read the synopsis, and I got an A....which I was happy about! And I just got back a mark from this big exam we had, well, it was worth 15%, so not huge, but big enough, and I got 98%, which is really good, and I am happy...i studied a lot. But the thing that is annoying is we had two, and on the last one I got a 93%, which is an A...but and A is the highest mark that this teacher gives on tests, so even though I got 98% this time, it is still and A (which means like 95%...you know what i mean)....

In Canada at university do things work on a scale of 1-4 which actually is just D-A...and the .5's are just plus or minus?
Someone tell me how you guys get marked. Cause all my papers come back with just a letter, like, it wouldn't say "92%" it would say "A".
so yes, someone educate me.
My friend Brandon went to New York last weekend and bought the DVD Elf, we were gonna watch it last night, but everyhting got all messed up...so I think we are gonna watch it tonight, which is fun...cuase I like watching movies that are still in theatres for free!
