heebie jeebies!

Nicole and I were all ready to do Tae-bo....we were just finished our warm up...all of a sudden nicole screams and jumps up on the table and i look down and there is the biggest nastiest harriest most legged bug that you ever did see like six inches away from my foot!! I jumped up on the table too and I was seriousley sooo grossed out! you know when you have the heebie jeebies and you feel like there are rats all over you...or soemthing gross like that...and you can't stop shaking....YUCKY!!!
but andrea saved the day....she killed it with her shoe.
and rebekah laughed cause she thought we were crazy.
