• [3 mL] trypsin/EDTA
  
• incubate [37 C/3 minutes]
  
• tap to remove cells from flask
  
• [3 mL] culturing media
  
• break cell clumps and pipette into [15 mL] centrifuge tube
  
• incubate [3 minutes/700 rpm/26 C]
  
• aspirate supernatant
  
• resuspend in [3 mL] culturing media
  
• put [1/10] of final volume into each [T-75] flask
