Playing catch up
I feel like I haven't stopped moving since after the Sutherlands event the last weekend in June. I don't think it would feel as bad if the following week wouldn't have been short and followed by a 4 day, then having to go on a buisness trip this last thursday to come back on friday to drive down on saturday to Amanda's birthday get-together. I have very much exhausted at this moment.
However the get together was very much worth it and fun all around. Amanda loved the dress I made her and Kristy and I managed to finish up the Sakura apron for her as well before going over to the campsite (her family rented a cabin at George Smith state park). We had lots of fun playing all sorts of games; I apparently can do the drums in Rock Band awesomely for a first timer. Shame can't play it here with anyone. I believe it takes an X-Box, which we dont' have. Anyways it was decided fun things like that needs to be done again. Super geek time all around yo.
Now i have lots of work to do. Damn business trip getting me all behind. Also tomorrow is our "summer fun day" so i won't be able to do any work then either. guess I better get crackin'.
