[OOC: Constructive Criticism]
Though he's not in a game at the moment I'm always curious about how I'm doing. Bad, good, I just want to improve if I can.
Honesty is great, but please remember I'm looking for constructive criticism not just a "You suck and are doing it wrong." I'd like to know the how's and why's of I suck and am doing it wrong so I can work towards doing it right.
