[[you can't say she looks like a child anymore, but she has a habit of reverting back to child-like tendencies.
she stands in front of her building, bundled up for snow. she's beside a rather large snow man, patting it down and refining it's shape. it stands a few inches taller than her, but there are still no features on it, not even clothing. she

[ Walking through a winter wonderland HQ, it doesn't take long for him to come across Aly and her snowman. Well, it's not like he's got anything else to do and he forgot to build a snowman this year round so he might as well take advantage of her hard labour to get the experience, so he wanders up to her. ]
Isn't he a bit big for you?
Reply
Huh? [[she looks up from the pile. she's never seen him before...]] Oh, him? [[a brief glance at the snowman.]]
He isn't that much taller... is he?
Reply
Well, not that much taller. I'm curious how you managed to build a snowman taller than yourself though. Doesn't that break, like. Snowmen laws?
[ He grins, circling around the snowman. ]
Nice workmanship...
Reply
Really? You think so? [[she picks up the scarf and places it around the snowman's "neck".]] He needs a name.
Reply
[ Without asking he picks up the hat, putting it on the snowmans head loosely, a little worried that the head would crumble if he used any force. ]
I think he looks like a Cecil.
Reply
Cecil... I suppose he does look like a Cecil. [[she pats the midsection, laughing a little.]] Cecil it is.
Speaking of names... How are you?
Reply
[ He pulls off the glove from his right hand, holding it out to her. ]
Sorry, I must've forgotten to introduce myself. Almon Griffith, Hollywood. You've probably heard of me.
Reply
[[she turns, and looks at the hand. she takes it in her own, bare, snow dusted on and shakes. her eyes get a little wider at his name.]] H-Hollywood? Like, the Hollywood? [[everyone has heard of him.]]
Reply
[ His grin broadens. As if his ego needed a boost at this point, but he nods. ] That's right, the one and only, from California.
[ And because he's such a smarmy bastard gentleman he can't resist giving her hand a light kiss. ] And you are?
Reply
Oh. [[she blushes a little at the kiss on her hand.]] Ah... I'm Alaska. A-Aly.
Reply
Aly? That's a lovely name. [ He holds onto her hand a little too long before letting go to put his glove back on. ] But if you're Alaska, I can understand why you're so good with snow.
Reply
[[her smile widens.]] W-Well, I grew up with it... It's what I like, honestly. It gets so hot here, so when it finally snows, it's... It's a big relief.
I-I take it you're cold out here...?
Reply
But I guess I'll just have to hold on untill the summer here, if it's as hot as you claim.
Reply
Well, anything more than, oh, I don't know... Fifty degrees? That's too hot. I don't get how you people can live like that. [[a small sigh.]]
I mean, at home, it can get pretty warm. One time, at, uhm... It was Fort Yukon, I think. It got to be a hundred degrees. [[she laughs a little.]] It was awful. I hated it.
Reply
[ He laughs loudly again, folding his arms. ]
Simple, Aly. The less you wear, the more heat you can bear. There's a reason Danie wears as little as possible.
...Well, it's one of the reasons.
Reply
I-I just take ice baths and such. I d-don't need small clothes. I like being covered up... [[pat pat patting that snowman into shape.
