bargain sale today at equip, QVB
I had time to fill waiting for the Dr this morning, wandered into Equip at QVB. One wall of their items, already on sale are at bargain prices. Any 5 items from that wall for only $10. I got 6 items for $10, and the receipt shows a discount of $44.88.
I got diamante decorated skull n crossbones earrings - 3 pairs to decorate my POTC costume, a key ring of the same design, a gorgeous enamelled strawberry necklace, dangly black skull earrings. hurrah, and there was more I could get but was a smidge worried at overdosing on skulls before I even have a costume.
Oh, and great news from my x-ray. No fracture or bone abnormality. There's no sign that tendons are involved and it could be either cyst working it's way through the joint - ugh but should go away - or a ganglion. ugh but may go away on it's on, if not is operable.
The good news is that I am still employable. Dr N advised that I take the splint of, as I'll start to lose mobility. Be kind to finger, but keep movement or the physio will hurt just as much as the original problem.
