Tuesday Movie (#13) Insurgent
It was pretty much my last chance to see on the big screen - and I figured I might as well on cheap Tuesday.
I was suprised to see Naomi Watts playing Four's mother - I hadn't realised she was now in the hollywood category 'mother of romatic lead'. Anywhoo, back to the film adaptation. I fully expect that the plot lines need to be condensed to fit into the film time, and that some things needed to change. But it got tinkered with enough for me to be not quite happy. See, there's a reason I usually prefer to read a book after seeing the movie. Then it's all happy surprises.
My rating: closer to wait for the DVD than cheap night on a big screen
