cotton organdy for a corded petticoat

Puresilks have a double wide ie 92" cotton organdy that's stiff ... which is what I want for my corded petticoat.  I'd rather get 2m of this than double the 44" wide.

Then again part of me says get a smidge more of and get the soft organdy so I can make a chemisette from it.
