procrastination continues

Recent photos are reminding me that I've gained weight since I broke that teency bone in my foot just over 18 months ago.  Thanks to the knee control, sewing doesn't make the foot whinge perpetually (muscle sheath problem as a result of broken bone).

So walking, which I enjoy and is my old standby exercise, is a no go zone.  It makes The Foot manky.  Result: Must Swim, and regularly at that.  I'd better cut out the togs I finished the pattern for 13 months ago (when I was mutter kilos lighter).

Dang, I'll just have to make 'em and wear 'em regardless of how good they fit.  Plus sort myself out to buy the software from CalorieKing.   NAYY   Calorie counting does work, and I'm too lazy to do it the old-fashioned way.  Plus this calculates fat, carb and protein in proportions for a healthy diet (and my weird goats milk & yeast free bread are in there).

Which circles around to the 'puter I was given that's so old it doesn't even use PSP pins for the mouse & keyboard.  Until I can use both items the 'puter is the largest ornament possible.   This weekend I'll give it one more go then call for help from a friend's brother.  If he can't get it up and running with mouse & keyboard then I'll have to freecycle it.

It's a bit on the nose that I'm a DFs evol gym biotch - not that *i* go you understand. Wash your mouth out, I just make sure she does - when I'm doing sweet nothing to shed some excess kg when I rooly rooly need to.

So I have a commitment: tonight while watching Heroes & House, taping one as they run at the same time on different channels, I'll cut out the togs.  So at least they'll get sewn up soonish.
