ongoing patience required: V&A's Book 2 of C17th patterns
In an alt universe I pre-ordered the book in December 2011, and the 6 month wait passed, and lo, the book arrived in the post with much rejoicing.
In reality it's been delayed umpty times (where umpty is more than the digits of 1 hand) and I still don't have it. The current publishing date is in 7 days time, but I'll believe that when I get the parcel notice.
I'm hoping it arrives before the anniversary of my ordering/payment
