my sewing pins went to the same place as the DVD remote
I got home from seeing Star Trek movie last night and knew where my pin dish was. I ironed my skirt & shirt for work and lo, that damned dish is missing.
I can't see it anywhere, and it's not like there's 50 squillion pins on the floor. So it's a reprise of the great pin shortage of 2008 all over again. So at lunchtime today I got the bus up to Lincraft & bought 2 packets of 100 glass headed pins.
Yay me. now I've got enough pins for cloak making. I'm starting it late, my usual thing to do, and I can't wait to use it.
Thankfully the long range forecase for Sunday is low chance of rain. huzzah
oh and I was on my way back to work at lunch yest'y and bumped into
faerie_mistress . huggy time! Mental note: must see if we can meet up for lunch one day.
and more skittery skattery posting, I was wide awake when i got home so I continued reading "Pride & Prejudice & Zombies". :foreheaddesk: If I start reading I stay awake. Thankfully I clocked the time at 12:45am, but sheesh I'm tired today.
