Did you make changes from original plan?
I had intended to make the asymmetrical part on the left, but I ended up accidentally putting it on the right. So, basically, the whole vest is reversed! XD
Did you discover something you want to share? Nope.
How happy are you with the result? (in percentage, ie 60%, 100%, 20%)
95%. There's a corner in the front where the lining sticks out no matter what I did, but other than that I'm happy with it.
The pattern resizing went surprisingly well. I only had to take it in a little bit for it to fit him perfectly.
In my rush to finish it in time, I didn't manage to get a proper picture. The only picture of it I have is one of him wearing it after I gave it to him yesterday. XD I wish I would've been able to get another shot, at least of the back.
