Materials needed: 3.5 yds fabric, elastic, Dalek pictures to use, etc. etc...
Challenges or obstacles : Uh,...not really. Unless we count the normal wrestling with elastic.

Progress: 15%, all the pieces are cut out, the pictures have been found
Problems encountered that halted progress: Time? None, really.
Ways considered to solve the problem: ...Make more time? Time travel, maybe.
