Project Registration: Period Lolita Blouse
Hello, I'd like to register a new project:-)
Short Project Description: A batiste and lace period Lolita blouse inspired by the lingerie dresses and blouses of the 1890s and early Edwardian era.
Project Deadline: As soon as possible.
Patterns Used: Drafted by my sister.
Challenges or Obstacles: I have never made any sort of blouse before; the huge sleeves of the era; buttonholes.
I'm nearly done with it, only the sleeves are left to do and the hem of the blouse. Except for the placket in the back, it is entirely handsewn.
The humongous sleeve cut out + the laces.
