Project completion: Pocketwatches
Hello, this is my first post to Sew Loli! I recently finished my first embroidered jsk, and also my first attempt at making a bustle, and I'm like some concrit please!

Did you make changes from original plan?
I wasn't planning on adding the bustle when I started, so the zip was originally on the back of the dress. When I decided to add it, I had to remove the zip and move it to the side instead. I also wanted more detailed, realistic pocketwatches, but I decided to go a little simpler for my first proper embroidery attempt.
Did you discover something you want to share?
No.
How happy are you with the result?
Not really, I'm pleased that I finished it, but it just doesn't really look like I'd imagined it would. I still like it enough to wear it outside, but I think my hopes were a little too high. I also think I'd try using a lighter fabric for the bustle, it's cotton with lace on it, and looks a little heavy to me. It's folded a bit oddly on the photo, but it does lay more nicely when worn :)
