Long time no post! I've been quite productive during the summer time. I have three new complete projects to share with the community :)
(I'm sorry about the quality of some of the photos, the colours are kind of blah)
Project title: Carouskel print military vest & chiffon bustle skirt set
Description: Vest with gold buttons, pointed collars, contrasting trim, detachable chain, back corset lacing, and swallow tail details. Skirt with front layered chiffon bustle and contrasting lace trim.
I winged the vest pattern freehand and it turned out pretty okay! Yay!

Back:
Worn (sadly I don't have any particularly good photos of it worn):

Project title: Hand-painted JSK thingy (yea, I didn't really think the title of this one through yet)
Description: JSK made of dark green cotton twill with hand-painted cathedral details, side corset lacing, side pleats, gold lace trim, and detachable double-brooch.
The hand painting experience was kind of fun (and obviously very time consuming), but it's definitely not something I would do on a regular basis.

Project title: Asymmetrical chiffon frill dress
Description: Butter-cream and blue floral printed asymmetrical cotton outer with layered chiffon frill and neckline detail in dusty blue. Back corset lacing. Detachable chiffon ribbon.
Front:
Worn (by Helena at the Cos & Effect indie lolita fashion show in Vancouver along with Sharon and myself, also wearing dresses made by me):
I had the honor of showing off a few of of my pieces at the Cos & Effect indie lolita fashion show organized and emceed by
annie_duck (in VM's infamous flamingo print JSK below) in August, so I thought I'd share a couple of photos from the event.
