Question - art print fabrics

Hi everyone!  Long time no post!
I fell in love with Juliette et Justine's beautiful art print dresses (particularly this one - link) and would like to try making a similar one.  But I can't seem to find any art print fabric!  There's one on Spoonflower of The Birth of Venus but I don't want a nude lady on my dress.  I also tried Etsy but no luck.  ( Read more... )

Your link isn't working either. :c I was actually making a print from this painting as well! I'm not so big on art but it really stands to me. *w*

The main problem I have with spoonflower is that the prints end up too small, even when they're as big as allowed.

Apparently The Swing is a highly sexual painting! Lots of imagery. It's gorgeous though!

I'm beginning to understand this! The bigger the picture is in pixels, the bigger it will be on the fabric. I thought it just printed a set size picture on repeat. Thanks!

Hi, i hope you don't mind me asking you but, I'm using spoonflower to create painting fabric ...

http://www.spoonflower.com/fabric_items/new?design_id=1193688

I scanned it from a book at 1200 pixels/inch at pixel dimensions: 242.1 (so, not sure about all the terms)

I want the image to go across the bottom of the skirt so, how would I resize it in photoshop in order to upload into spoonflower and what is the correct rotation I should have it in spoonflower? Again, thank you!
