Somehow I got stuck on ohnotheydidnt reading this article on David Bowie.
One of the comments over there reads "Why does it seem like everybody is saying they like David Bowie these days to try to make themselves sound edgy?"
Erm. Because he has been a strong participant in and influence towards the evolution of music throughout the last several decades?
I was raised on Bowie, but my boyfriend dislikes him. :P It's so weird to me to think that there are people who weren't exposed to his music that way. I fundamentally do not understand it.

I'm doing a whole series of these for Nic, but in truth they're a great way to CHILL THE HELL OUT. I'm experiencing a lull in my other projects right now and it's got me on edge.
The molecular cloud doesn't quite look right and needs some reworking, no doubt. How is it that in telescopic photos, these things look UNGODLY BEAUTIFUL, despite being the color of putrid waste? My attempt pales in comparison. :/
Been training Ditto on SoulSilver lately, because I've never got far doing so before. This is my verdict on the matter.
Sure, Ditto can transform, and it makes you feel like a ninja badass, but then you realize you've spent one turn transforming, your copied moveset is useless, and you need to figure out how to defeat the opponent with 5PP per move. :/
When I got bored with Ditto I broke out Lucario again because LUCARIO IS AMAZING.
I was so resistant to liking him at first, but he's become an indispensable teammate for me.
