Mum and I just saw Pirate Radio The Boat That Rocked. (UK title > US title. Why must you change these things, America?)
Not the greatest movie ever, but a lot of fun. Jack Davenport managed to steal my heart (again) even though he arguably wasn't a main character or anything. ♥
Last week we saw The Men Who Stare At Goats with Nic. Which, similarly, was not the best movie ever but also fun. I thought the pro-soldier anti-violence message was done well.
The script pretty much hinges on Ewan McGregor (or at least someone from Star Wars) being in the film, though, because they say the word "jedi" like every other sentence.
IMO, The Boat That Rocked is the better of the two.
Also saw a trailer for A Single Man which looks visually awesome and is actual proof that Colin Firth is far more than the go-to romantic comedy / period film guy. C:

I missed a call an hour ago, and the number dials back to the voicemail of some woman I am quite sure I do not know. (I left her a polite but short message.)
Pleasepleaseplease be a hiring coordinator, mysterious caller, and contact me again soon. D:
