I woke up this morning, and I usually go to bed with a t-shirt on (to save myself the trouble of picking one out the next morning), so it was like "okay, so I'll just wear this with that black sweater over...there......that.....I wore...yesterday over this....same...shirt........... >.> Fuuuuck.
In other news, I'm terrified about the essay portion of the AP World exam in a week. For those of you not the States, AP exams are ridiculously hard subject tests given to high schoolers, and those who get a good score can potentially earn college credit and save a bunch on tuition. And it looks pretty damn good on college apps because you're fucking fifteen and you know more about that subject than some of that college's current students. In particular, I'm really worried about the document-based essays. That's supposed to be the easy one, but it's also the one which doesn't rely that much on your knowledge of history. You're given a bunch of documents on a subject, and you have to analyze them, but the twist is that you have to analyze them by grouping them. Like, Body 1 might be the difference between the European and Asian points of view on women's rights, and Body 2 would be the difference between male and female points of views. Which would be fine and dandy, except sometimes the grouping isn't obvious, and I'm so scared that I won't be able to group them on the test. ;_;
I still love history in general though. I was doing my homework just now, and in it I found something like
this picture with a caption reading: "In her campaign to become president of the Philippines in 1986, Corazon Aquino used the letter L (for laban, or "struggle") as her symbol." Even if they tell me that, I'm still horribly amused because it looks like she's going "L for losers" like we do here in New York. XD
