Clark was in no way involved in the prank. Kon and Bart were the plotters, with Tim being the silent enabler who actually did the deed and ironed the Supesbatch onto one of the bat suits.
Nobody of the team said anything to Bats when they met up with him the day he chose to wear that particular suit. Later however, when they next saw Superman and saw Kal's amused but satisfied smirk, they all couldn't help but stop and speculate...
