So, I went to brew myself a nice cup of tea, open the waterheater, am greeted by a thoroughly calcified/limed up steel bottom and decide to do away with that before using water out of that for my Darjeeling. Blergh.
Thus I went and got the citric acid out of the pantry and poured a bit into the water that was in the heater, switched in on, waited, it then eventually boiled and promptly I poured that over my tea.
... *sighs*
