Another late check-in!

This was a rough week. I overate on the weekend. Tried to make up for it during the week, and my calorie count from Monday to Friday averaged 1181 calories. I did get my three walks in that I wanted, but two of them were quite short (2km and 3km) while the third was 7km. I did the stationary bike on the remaining two days.

I'm still struggling with time management. I'm just not sure how to deal with it. There's only so many hours in the morning, and I have to be online by noon to start working. Then I need to work after supper most days because there's not enough files in the afternoon, so I have to stay on long enough to make my daily goal. I could potentially start getting up an hour earlier in the morning and see how that works out. Still pondering that.

Anyway, the result was that I lost .6 of a pound this week. Hey, it's still a loss so I'm taking it. I was sure I'd gained!
