Week Two is on the books!
I had a good week. My average calorie count over the week was 1150 calories. I ate healthy meals and snacks all week, with no cheating. :) I went out for two walks (5.6 km and 2.5 km) and did the bike 3 times.
End result: I lost 2 lbs this week. Woot woot!
One thing I am working on is incorporating more fresh fruit and vegetable into my diet. I try to have a fresh veggie with every dinner (usually either carrots or cabbage). I also asked for and got an apple corer/peeler for Christmas, and that thing is amazing. I now have an apple for a snack, as well as bananas.
Today I had hoped to get a walk in, but we had snow last night, then a bit of rain overnight, and now it's snowing again and they're calling for snow squalls and slippery sidewalks. It's also super windy! It's a winter wonderland here. So I think I will stay in today!
