I'm so happy that you got the tree! It looks really nice, too. I have some really old ornaments that my grandmother had made for me when I was a kid, so I get the sentimentality attached to them!

I love the turkeys! That is so amazing. All I get are lizards and the occasional quail!

Thanks so much. I'm so glad I got it, too. It's made a big difference. :)

Lizards are so cool, though. The times when I was in AZ I took photos of every lizard I saw. The people that lived there were like, "Uh, it's just a lizard." Me: IT'S A LIZARD. EEEEEE. *takes ten more photos* And I have never seen a quail, so that's cool too.

It's funny how something like that can lift your spirits just by looking at it.

Hahaha. That sounds like me when my friend and I drove from Houston, TX to Dallas, TX. I kept saying, "OMG, COWS!" and she was like, "Yes, Amy. Texas is a cattle state, calm down." LOL Quail are cute little birds and they tend to travel with the whole family in tow, which makes them kind of neat.

YES! And THAT reminded me of driving with my friend Jen and I was the same way. I'd be like, "OMG HORSES! LOOK!"... five minutes later, "OMG HORSES! LOOK!" And she'd be like, "Yes, Vicki. I cannot actually look because I am driving and if I look away from the road I may KILL US, but yay, horses."

Which did not stop me from still doing it. And with cows, too. :D

The funniest thing about this is that Jen's mom OWNED a horse *and* they boarded horses at Jen's house, so it's not like I didn't see them every time I went to her house. But still. THESE WERE DIFFERENT HORSES.

All I can say is that we'd have fun on a road trip. LOL
