Welcome, 2005 :)
It is strange how the older I get, the more New Years Eve is just another night. Then it's strange to think that for a ton of people, it's the ultimate night of fun and excitement, something they look forward to for weeks. I worked tonight -- 10 hours, stayed late because the phones wouldn't stop ringing -- it was a good night, everyone in a cheery mood, though I'm exhausted now.
So now it's 2005. Time to implement all the changes that I want to make. Starting today, I get back on track with the Get Healthy plan. Starting today, I quit smoking. I have two doctors appointments coming up this week, and I'm going to insist that they take me seriously and find out why I'm still having trouble breathing. *makes determined face*
I will be losing the cigarette addiction, but I am addicted to some of the songs from the Wicked cast recording. *loves on Liz* I am confused though --was this Norbert Butz guy, who sings Fiyero on the cast recording, in the play with Randy? (I am pretty sure Norbert is Fiyero and Christopher Fitzgerald is Boq?) Also, Randy has a waaaaaaaaaay better voice than the guy who sings Boq on the recording. Idina Menzel's voice? Wow!
And Cassie is addicted to the Whisker Lickins treats that Liz sent her for Christmas.
Now I must check my lottery ticket and see if I am beginning the new year as a millionaire. *snort*
