The only thing I haven't done yet is die, and it's me and my plus one in the afterlife

The internet in my new house is more like interNOT, so I plodded down Fremont in search of free wifi. What I didn't count on was a place that served HABANERO MOCHAS. Amazing!

So Cat and I went to the Tacoma Dome for The Honda Civic Tour (it is funny that I attended this show for so many reasons!) Here's what you need to know about that:
1. By the time we got there my voice was already heading out, due to our FOB sing a-a-long on the car ride up. Speaking of the car, the back window of it announced to everyone driving behind us "We're going downtouuu in a luleelurah!" Car markers make me happy.
2. We brought Donuts to give to people in line. Cat was handing them out when some 15 year old bitch "accidentally" poured orange juice into the voodoo donuts bucket. Because, haha, you know, it's such a funny joke.
3. Not all the 15 year olds were bitches, Cat and I met a couple of really nice ones as we were waiting in line for about three hours. Jacqueline, you are WAY cooler than I was at 15.
4. There were four opening bands, and I will proceed to write a sentence or two about each of them.
-I am madly, madly in love with the girl from Cobra Starship.
- Paul Wall? So random! "One of these things is not like the others..." His set was bearable, because rap music is danceable, and because he had a charming Southern accent (Do ya'll have a maahhspace?").
- The Academy Is...kind of boring, in my opinion.
- +44- covered "The Rock Show!!" (Does it count as a cover if 2/3 of the band who originally did the song are in +44?) It was nice to see Mark and Travis again, as Blink was my first show, back in the day.
Then FOB came on, and it was insane. The Pete Wentz who had tons of screaming female fans wearing "Mrs Pete Wentz" t-shirts was very different from the Pete Wentz I met four years ago. For one thing, his hair was stupid. The set list was pretty much perfect, but I just can't get over how big this band has gotten, and that they're now doing arena tours with pyrotechnics. I sang my little heart out the whole time.

The next day, Cat and I went to the Seattle aquarium and Pike Place Market. Met up with Monika for sushi. Then Cat left...with my duffel bag still in her trunk! Fortunately, I managed to reach her when she was still close by. Friday Monika had to work, so I was left to fend for myself. It was my first time navigating by myself in an unfamiliar city, and I didn't get even the slightest bit lost. I went to the Space Needle and the Experience Music Project, then met Monika at her office. Her bf and his housemate joined us for dinner and drinks. Saturday Mindy came up! We spent a few hours together, but then I had to get home, to my new room and its sea of unpacked boxes.

I like my new house, and I like Jennifer. I sometimes like the cats, but usually not. I *REALLY* like this coffee shop I found, because the barrista just came over and brought me a free mocha out of nowhere.
