After a few pointed looks from the flight attendants saying that we needed to get our 'friends' into their seats, we finally had Wesley and Lorne back into their seats and buckled in so they wouldn't somehow fall out during the landing. Normally, no one would fall out really, but with the way they'd been acting I wouldn't doubt it. Lorne was back sitting next to me and mumbling something under his breath while he slept. Raising a brow in amusement, I just shook my head and patted his hand that rested in his lap.
Neither Wesley or Lorne were going to be happy about the headaches they were both going to have when they eventually woke up. Okay, so maybe Lorne would take it better than Wesley - especially after finding out sooner or later about the picture Charles just took of the two of them cuddled together on the floor. Now if we had been back at Wolfram and Hart this had huge possibilities, but I'm sure that he'd be able to find some way to use the picture to remind Wesley and Lorne of their 'alone time'.
With a couple bumps once we hit the ground and only just a few low mumbles coming from the green demon next to me, I smiled and looked to the flight attendant in the front of the plane who announced that we needed to gather everything from the overhead compartments, and thanked us for flying with them. Raising a brow, I looked at Wesley and Lorne. Did she mean to gather our unconscious friends as well? This was going to be harder than just getting the two of them back in their seats, wasn't it?
Unbuckling myself, I leaned forward while unbuckling Lorne and looked at Charles. "So, how do we do this exactly? Because carrying the two of them isn't exactly an option. Neither is waiting for them to wake up unless that's going to be in the next two minutes." I sure hoped that there was someone waiting inside that could handle a rather sleepy ex-watcher and green demon. Speaking of, how were we supposed to get Lorne through the airport without being seen? Then again, this was Cleveland. They had their own hellmouth. Weren't they used to this sort of thing?
I made a face as I shook Lorne's arm trying to wake him up again. This, of course, wasn't working. People were filing out out of the plane past our seats doing their best to stare as much as possible yet turn away the moment one of us looked up at them. This was.. awkward. As we tried to to figure out what to do, I heard a few rumbles from under the plane. I sure hope Angel found some way to get out of there without being.. well, seen and then slightly 'sunburnt' since it was not exactly dark outside yet.
