Challenge #100

Incredibly, this community has got to Challenge #100, so I'm making this one of the more complicated challenges.

You may enter as many icons as you like. However, you may only use content from these images. No textures, only the default brushes and shapes from your program (but any font you want is acceptable). You can combine images or stick with one. If you have any questions, do ask.
You have until midnight-your-time next Saturday to get your entries in, and I will post voting on Sunday 25th, but it may not be until after my lunchtime as I have auditions to attend that morning.
