so everyones out of the country. bettie leaves for ireland today, black eyes is in europe and susie is in africa by now (which reminds me i have to send her out a letter). im really stoked on making mix tapes because im finally starting to be happy with the music that i own. granted there are a few tracks that keep making their way onto every mix tape i make but i dont think i can help that. ive got a few more to crank out so if you want one, drop me a line. i cant promise that they will be a revelation but they are good for a listen.
last night the rear wheel on my bike was stolen so im going to have to replace it which is something ive already been meaning to do, but im not exactly stoked at being forced to given the circumstance. im only listed up to the fourteenth on the schedule here so i need to find out if im staying on for longer or apply for another position within the company. i should get on that.
im trying really hard not to be bummed. i want to be productive but the fact that people are dropping out of my life like flies has sort of caused me to direct my attention towards them and now that they are gone im sort of at a loss on what to do. ive been feeling a bit lonely but i dont necessarily have a desire to go out every night and get crunked (i just stay in and do that). i need to get back on focusing on school and apply to temple/tyler.
yesterday i accidentally got drunk on my lunch hour at the locust bar. i ordered a mini-pitcher of yeungling black and tan and she accidentally poured me a full one. i didnt say anything and drank it. thankfully there wasnt much to do because of it being veterans day, so i ended up sleeping for two hours and woke up with a slight headache.
also, i think atmosphere may be my favorite joy division song... OF ALL TIME.
