Yes, after much pulling of hair and gnashing of teeth working with Premiere Pro.

Now I'm going to start slogging through the IMMENSE amount of fic that has popped up since the weekend (and may I very much rec this fic)

Oh, I like! The song fits really well, and you've edited the changes in clips rather geniusly (which is obviously a word) and...and...I don't know how to comment on videos, but I liked it, a lot, and yaye.

God, I loooove this video!!! I'ts addictive, especially because of the song you've used: can't stop playing it over and over again!!!

Are you planning on any more LoM vids? You're very talented at editing and choosing the best clips that go with the lyrics. Please do more! :)

If by "more LoM vids" you mean other than this one, I also did "Dance with the Devil" and "This Town's Religion"

if you meant more than even that, I have had inklings. Can't say when any will come to fruition.

Oh, wow (and I mean WOW)!!! I hadn't seen these two yet, but they're amazing! :)))

'This Town's religion' is very strong, full of action and passion, and I loved it.... but 'Dance with the Devil' is a PURE MASTERPIECE!!! How long did it take you to complete that? The beating of the drums increases and decreases in speed a few times, and you got ALL the timings right, plus you managed to insert the heart monitor clips in the perfect spot (so cool)!!! I also loved the parallels you made by showing the same characters and situations both in 1973 and 2006, and I adored the way every bit of scene was blended seamlessly into the other.

I'm really awestruck: you have a great talent for editing videos and choosing fantastic songs to go with them. Please try and do some more when you can, and you'll make this fangirl VERY happy!!! :)))

"Dance with the Devil" took me a couple days. Thank God for weekends. There were parts of the process where I did feel like my eyes were gonna start bleeding. But usually when I start a vid I have a very good idea what I want to go into it, so it doesn't take too long to find what clips I want to use. "Dance" did surprise that even still, along the way it transformed in to this visual Love Note to the series that I hadn't originally intended.

yah, the heart monitor bits are my proudest moments.

Thank you very much for your kind words about my general vidding skills. I definitely like to think I have vastly improved over the years. But I still come across other people's vids that make me want to never vid again because I'll never be that good.

I also wanted to throw in that I love the banner at the top of your Journal - and I was wondering where those pics came from. I've seen them before, in people's icons, and they're adorable.
