series of random LoM thoughts
1) I want S2 to open with a chase scene. No preamble, no "previously on...". Just ANDTHEY'RERUNNING. Like if episode 2 of S1 opened right at the moment the doors to the baths bursts open, without all the prior stuff in Sam's flat.
SO yeah, an on-foot chase. And the writers can infuse it with establishing our characters and how they relate to each other. It'd be beautiful.
2) Sam's neighbours. Sam's got to have neighbors, and with the shoddiness of the interior of his flat, one would imagine the walls aren't all that thick. Someone's got to be hearing the late-night shouting at the television. Or imagine the morning-after scene from episode 4 but if you were seeing the action as a nosey neighbor. I have written out in my head how it would go, but I shall spare you and myself all that typing while I'm at work. It'd be great though. His neighbours must be convinced he's off the wall. Not that they're wrong.
3) My Lom sims are so nicely in character. You know how when you have a Sim "serve meal" they usually set a plate of food out for the other housemates before taking one for themselves? Sam never does. It's so like him to just spite Gene in that small way.
