Just got to display my Dark Shadows Fu at work
Guy comes up wanting to put Dark Shadows DVDs on hold. I say, "Which volume do you want?"
He says, "Oh, start at the beginning."
I have to say, "Now, when you say 'the beginning....' See, they originally put out the DVDs starting with when Barnabas arrives. It wasn't until later they put out the pre-Barnabas episodes in sets called Dark Shadows: The Beginning. So, where do you want to start? Right frmo the beginning before they went freaky-deaky paranormal, or starting with Barnabas?"
Turns out he was okay with starting at the very beginning. I wouldn't be. Shit was boring before at least Jason Maguire shows up.
