Yes, it does seem one day makes a difference.
The leaves are turning, the air is cooling (getting our first frost this weekend! Yay! Death to bugs!), the fields have turned to gold. More and more trucks are going down the Janesville streets filled with corn and potatoes and other wonderful harvesty things.
It brings a smile to face. I love Autumn.
And Pumpkin Spice coffees are available again! Have a bag at home (that I mix with my 1/2 caff so that I don't die), and even got a small cup from Starbucks and was deelish!
Big changes happening fast at the library, too. We've gone to self-checkout holds. Yay! And soon the TV DVDs wille be available for browsing. Lots of renovation going on to accomodate the changes in Circulation. I've been forced to a new personal drawer. This is a very good thing, because that means I finally feel completely integrated into Reference Services. No need to go to the Circ Workroom unless specifically looking for a recently returned item.
Also, do have plans to vid, but I thought I ought to rewatch Sherlock with the song in mind so I could really watch it with an editing eye. The problem is that "The Blind Banker" is so hard to get through. I even tried to watch with the sound off since the visuals is what's more important, but damn that episode is slow and stupid. I started it yesterday, and I'm only half-way through.
