Rainy Day Parade
Thursdays are my day off. So I was less than amused that I had to get up and go to Janesville for meeting. :P
To make the trip a bit more worth-while I stayed in Janesville to do some shopping. The party supply store was great! Really awesome Halloween stuff up for sale! But that wasn't what I was there for and reminded myself that I should not spend all my monies, especially after paying for tickets to see Sweeney Todd next month. But I did find what I was looking for, and just in time, too! The lady at check-out told me they'll be packing up all the Iron Man party supplies tomorrow! *phew* Y'know, I called yesterday to ask if they had any, would've been nice if I was told "Better get in quick, we're getting rid of it in two days." Oh well. I'm generally sore about the lack of proper Iron Man merchandising, anyway. You can find Spiderman, Batman, and Hulk shit everywhere! Why can't I have am Iron Man lunchbox? huh? HUH?
There's going to be so many Jokers this Halloween. Although this store had Joker hairspray coloring. That ain't right. colored goo! Goo! for the crazy limp, greasy look. not just spray-on green! pshaw.
Anyway, then Target because I needed Mountain Dew and deodorant and some lightscribe DVD-Rs except they didn't have any lightscribe DVD-Rs, so I ended up at Best Buy, where there was a fucking great rolly ladder parked in front of the blank media shelves. *applaudes* thank you oh so very much.
Cold and rainy all day. Which is kinda nice. But makes me well sleepy.
