Friday night
Have watched the Man from UNCLE episode "The Galatea Affair". Pretty decent, even if it didn't have much Napoleon (Vaughn was filming an ep of Girl from UNCLE that week). So instead we go Illya and Mark. Which made me happy. I can finally put a face and voice to the character in fics. Mark was good, and is like a mini version of daddy Harrison. Though I really could have done without the pink shirt with white collar and cuffs. Just. ew. and omg Illya undercover as a tennis instructor. All I could think about was David Tennant in Posh Nosh as Richard E Grant's beloved tennis instructor(s).
I started "Come with me to the Casbah Affair," but then had to go to work. Will prolly finish it tomorrow. It has some of the painful Season 3 "humor" but not too bad. And um...who am I to complain about naked!Illya?
and mUNCLE fandom has discoved geometricfandom. eep. Guess I should make more of those, yah? Apparently the red shoes are quite popular. They should make a come-back.
I'm all tiiiired. This sucks. I should be up late revelling in the knowledge I do not work tomorrow. And will instead be watching Spiderman 3 (or possibly Sunday, depends on how rest of family feels).
I guess I could crawl in to bed and read more Cranford until my eyes fall out.
