Happy Halloween everyone.

I didn't realize so many people lived in this city. Everyone must all be outside at once.

If I hadn't known better, I'd say they came out of nowhere just to celebrate Halloween with us.

Some religions and belief systems involve the idea of the dead returning to the earth to visit their friends and relatives at this time of year.

W-Wait, does that mean there are dead fellas roaming about, too?

It's possible, considering the deities' power... but in this case it may also mean that there could be people brought here that are still living--temporarily brought here to spend a limited time with the friends and family they've been separated from.

Assuming that this crowd is not completely made up of the current citizens, of course.

I suppose... though I doubt that any more than a small fraction of the deceased would wish any harm upon the living, if that is why you're concerned.
