Happy Halloween everyone.

I didn't realize so many people lived in this city. Everyone must all be outside at once.

Mr. Gandor is from a time much later than myself. If... you are also from a later time, then it may help explain this...

In my case, it was November of 1930--the night of the day I arrived in New York.
